yes, you do need help. if "everyone" thinks you're too skinny, maybe you should consider that they're right. if you're 5'9" and 118 pounds, you are most likely too thin.
why is that 3 pounds so important to you? think about that. is 3 pounds going to magically change your life? no. but losing it could push you over into seriously unhealthy.
U are way small for ur size if ur almost 6 ft.. if ur having to sneak diets, u might really want to look into eating disorders bc they can be really serious.. just saying..
