-Running. Strengthens muscles, tones body, and loses fat
-Hoola Hoop. Sound kinda silly, I know. But you move your hips, and belly.
-Squats. Simple. Strengthens muscles in legs that can result in losing excess fat.
-Sit ups. Tightens belly.
-Jumping Jacks. Works your arms. And it will result in losing fat.
-Boxing. Even if its in the air. It works out every part of your body.
-Yoga. Helps with your whole body.

All these worked for me. Hope they help you :)

You're not fat at all.

Drink lots of cold water - replace fizzy drinks AND juice with cold water.
Don't let any bad foods get into your house - fill your fridge with your favorite fruits and salads. Soon you'll grow to LOVE cold water and fruits and salads, I do :)

Try eat more in the morning instead of binge eating at night - that makes you gain MORE weight. Even a 15 minute daily walk makes a difference - if you're unfit.
If you're a smoker - sparking up a cigarette when you're hungry sometimes helps take the hunger away.

There is also a Tumblr that helped my friend lose 7kg VERY fast - www.downtownn.tumblr.com

aw no sad faces, thats not bad :( but, to answer your question- do exercises that include cardio and abs. if you can get a gym membership, get one and use leg machines to tone up your legs like abductors and those type of machines. run on the treadmill or use the elliptical. do crunches using the big exercise balls or bosu balls if you can get one. they are a bit pricey, but they do work. however, if the previous stuff isn't available to you, go for walks/runs around your town. try hiking or walking a pet if you have one or going on walks/runs with friends. bike riding is also good. oh and if you can go to a gym try cycling classes. jump roping is also good for cardio. for abs, try any sit ups or crunch variations-ones with your leg crossed over your other etc. you can find these online. also try searching for ab workouts on youtube, i have found some good pilates (i think) videos that i could really feel my abs getting a workout from. if you have some extra cash (even just like $20) try ebay or amazon for workout DVDs or go to beachbody.com. my recommendations are any zumba DVDS, turbo jam, or hip hop abs. those have worked well for me because they offer cardio and ab workouts mixed together, so its like getting two done at once. and they also help with legs too.

along with exercise, you must eat and drink well. try eating a lot of whole wheat/grains, oatmeal, fruit, veggies, and if you eat dairy make it low fat. try to cut out most sugars and if you need to sweeten something, try sweetening it with agave nectar or honey. add spices and seasonings to your veggies and fruit to liven them up and try to not eat sweets. if you are like me though, and LOVE sweets, then try making just one day a week where you can eat sweets, or just limit yourself to something small and sweet. also keep hydrated. drink a lot of water or tea, and try to not drink anything else. i hope this all helps!
