i want to lose 45 pounds..and soon...well before summer..is it possible to do so?

I don't know about 45 lbs but I know on the show on MTV they lose alot of weight during the summer. I think it depends on the person. You should do it the right way though if you wanna lose it and keep it off and still be healthy. Eat 6 small meals a day lots of veggies and fruits, low cal foods. Also cardio on the treadmill is good. Now that it's warming up outside walk outside do fun things like jumping rope things that don't feel like a workout. Just make sure you don't starve yourself.



Yeah its possible. Really dedicating your heart and mind to tranforming your body is what does the trick. Really believing that you can do it is what matters. Very possible if you eat a mostly raw vegan diet. I lost about 30lbs in less than 2 months then started eating a little bit of cooked food. Get yourself a juicer and get healthy the dramatic weight loss is just a bonus.



so that is 15 lbs a month which means about a pound every other day. yes you can do that. you would have to eat very healthy and workout very hard but u could do it.
