Will I maintain from what i ate today?!


Question: Will I maintain from what i ate today?
teenage female.

breakfast: 2 slices toast with low fat margerine and 1 egg and 1 coffee with soy milk

lunch: sandwhich with nut spread and jam and 1 orange

snack: 1 small skim latte

dinner: tuna and salad wrap with potatoes and hommus

dessert: 1 bowl vanilla icecream

1 walk and 60 sit ups and a 30 squats.

Answers:

you ate around 1400 calories I calculated which is around 600 less then what a normal amount is for someone in a day so eating this could make you loose weight you also probably burned about 100 calories depending on how long your walk was bringing you down to 1300 calories which is in a range for loosing weight. Keep in mind you dont want to go under 1200 without starving your body. Hope this helps :)
