How many calories in a bowl of Special K with yogurt?!

Question: How many calories in a bowl of Special K with yogurt?

I was wondering how many calories were in a normal serving of Special K?... with yogurt instead of milk :) because I was just wondering haha, oh plain low fat yogurt btw, about 1/4 cup of it :)

I'm not exactly sure what 1/4 cup of yoghurt is, so I'll just calculate 1/2 a 200gm tub:
1/2 carton (200g) of Yoghurt: Natural, Plain - 84 calories, 4.2gms of total fat, 2.7gms of sat fat, 5.7 gms of protein, 4.8gms of total carbs, 4.8 gms of sugar & 72mg of sodium

The other answerer is correct in saying that Special K is not the most healhiest cereal choice. However, cornflakes aren't that much better either. Why? - because both are low in fibre

a serving a special k is about 1 cup which is around 110 calories and 1/4 cup of yogurt is nothing and if its low fat its probably around 50 so calories. So your total for eating this would be 160 calories.

Have corn flakes instead they have much less sugar. Special K is junk food.
