Question: Was on a diet for 3 days... Will I put on weight now?
I was on the Dukan diet just for three days... Except:
Sunday: I included salad in my diet
Monday: I included soup and mushrooms and beans in my diet (in a soup I had for dinner)
Today: I had Red Rooster chicken (which is fried but without the skin)...
Is it possible If I go back to my balanced eating I will not gain weight? I'm 17, thanks.

do not listen to levan. you did great: sticking to harsh diets can be incredible difficult. I don't think you'll gain any real weight, however water weight is a possibility. just eat healthily, stop when your full, and keep active and you cannot go wrong! :)

If you were only on a diet 3 days, you probably only lost water weight, so it will look like you gained it back. i would suggest not to diet, but just to eat healthy and have junk food every once in a while. when you diet, your body starts craving what it "can't" have and then you're more likely to binge and put on more weight. good luck!

Dieting for only three days will basically do nothing for your weight. Also - dieting alone will not make you loose a good amount of weight. You have to do some kind of an exercise plan too.



You will be fine. Besides, you didn't really diet, you cheated every day...fried chicken....hahaha!
