Some people say when your body is demanding more food, your either getting ready for a growth period, or you are not getting enough nutrition. This is quite normal.

If your worried too much about over eating, watch your calorie intake and track it for a few days. If your going over 2k, then i'd suggest you see your doctor just to make sure your glucose levels are balanced.

Stick with the basics,
*Hard boiled eggs:no yolk,Egg whites, Lean meats

*Stay away from starchy foods:white rice, sugary drinks, tortillas of any kind, candy

*Eat whole grains opposed to whole wheat.

*Try to eat less processed carb based foods

*Veggies are you friend

* You may want to consider doing low carb for 2 weeks can lose anywhere from 10-14 pounds if done right

it might be because you are growing a lot or you are eating junk foods that contain little nutrients and are addicitve due to chemicals inside them.

follow these 3 things and you will be in great shape.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)

You're probably just going through a growth spurt and your body needs more food. Nothing to worry about.

Puberty? Perhaps you're going to start menstruating soon.

you are growing up you need more food
