thats too low. Im 5'1 and im98lbs. I just recovered from an ed too.
My suggestion is building muscle. You will gain lb's but it wont be fat.
you must stay within these 3 guidelines...and you will lose 10 lbs roughly each month.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)
Healthy range according to BMI is 108. I know what you going through, I'm bulimic. You probably already heard of whyeat.net but I highly recommend it, if you find the ED forums too triggering they have an amazing recovery forum too!

94-98 is too low.
Anything less than 108 and you will be in the unhealthy, dangerous "underweight" zone.

TOO low. 110 lbs is the lowest for your height. But a good weight for your height is 120-125 lbs.
