Okay, I am 16. I weigh 112 lbs (51 kilos) and my height is 5'3. The problem is, my belly is saggy and it just isn't stout! My waist is 27/28 inches but at the naval point, it's 32 inches!!! I need to lose fat from my belly. What can I do?

I had the same problem i weigh 129 and im 5'4. you need to tone. you can do this by laying on your back and lifting your legs from the ground a quarter of the way then bring them back down but dont let them touch the ground. do as many as you can and when your about finished hold your legs in the air for 30 seconds. it will tone your lower belly and work your lower abs. it hurts im not going to lie but if you stick to it yo will be satisfied. good luck.



Thats a pretty good weight for you height so I wouldnt loose too much.
You should do weight training and cardio so you loose fat but gain muscle.
for one week do 4-5 days of cardio for 30-60 minutes.
The next week do 3 days of cardio for 30-60 minutes and 2 days you should do 45-60 minutes of weight training.

Also you have to eat clean
-water
-eggs
-lots of veggies and fruit
-plain oatmeal
-lean meats
- fish

- no processed or fast food
- only drink water and drink it 24/7, even if your full!
- only have a small serving of junk food per week, preferably non but if you must, only once or twice a week.



to lose belly fat and to avoid body fat accumulating around your abdomen, just follow this simple tricks:
-do cardio exercise such as walking, running, or cardio dancing
-eliminate or strictly limit (apart from the occasional treat) refined (processed) carbohydrates
-Replace your refined (processed) carbohydrates with quality protein. It acts as a 'fat burning' food.
-Add weight training 'coz weight training builds muscle and muscle burns more calories.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)
