Question: Can i still lose weight on a raw food diet if i eat cooked meat?
So can i eat cooked lean meats like organic turkey burger, fish and eggs for protein and still lose weight?
I also want to eat some home made organic feta cheese, its just ridiculously good.
If i start eating cooked meats my diet is pretty much the eat clean diet by tosca reno.
I also walk/jog about 4-6 miles a day for my exercise.

Its just about minimizing calories intake so your answer is yes
raw food is not really necessary..i am assuming you mean "Raw vegetables"..as you can get all the nutrients you need from the food and it be tastier , by steaming.
10 lbs should be your average weight loss each month if you stay within these 3 guidelines.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)
if you don't cook meat like chicken and turkey you will get food poisoning.
beef is the only meat i know that can be eaten raw but even that is risky. why do this to yourself if your hair is falling out? your body is clearly not happy with it
