and then i did Zumba for Wii for 45 minutes.
I caant go to the gym or go outside cause its snowing and freeezing.

and what are some healthy breakfast ideas to help me refuel?

& heres some breakfast ideas, you can mix it up however you want:
-Healthy cereal+skim milk with handful of fruit like blueberries/strawberries or a fruit like banana/apple
-Granola bar/Oats+honey bar with yogurt like plain greek yogurt
-2 slices of whole grain toast with almond butter/nut spread/jam/peanut butter with glass of milk or green tea
-Oatmeal with yogurt or fruit
-Egg(s) w/ toast and fruit
Was your heart pumping while you were exercising? Were you sweating?

Breakfast: How about a bowl of oatmeal w/ cinnamon, aome fruit, and a glass of lemon water or cranberry juice sound? Healthy carbs are great for getting your energy back!
