Quick question for any anorexic people..?!

Question: Quick question for any anorexic people..?
I don't quite understand. Do anorexics usually eat the same amount everyday (like 200 calories on the dot) and never go above that? will you gain weight if you go above that?

what if you eat 100 calories one day, then 300 another day, then maybe 200 the next day. will you gain weight?
or is anything under 1000 calories going to keep making your body lose weight?

i'm doing a report, however i can't find these answers on medical websites.

Answers:

These people are so confronted with food everyday so their intake changes all the time. For example, maybe you're supposed to go out for dinner one day with friends. That day you might just eat a salad at the restaurant and a piece of toast for the whole day. The next day, alone, you might eat 400 calories. It's complicated. It's pretty much physically impossible to gain weight unless you're eating over 1200 calories.
Please don't try this. I am still battling this out after two and a half years!

Personal experience; Eating disorder survivor

when I used to have an eating disorder I would usually eat 500 calories or less, but if I decided that I didint exercise enough I would cut like 100 calories to make up for it, i would be so obssessed with my weight that I would "imagine" that I gained weight if I ate any more and I would eat even less, if i felt like i exercised good I would "reward" myself with a tiny bit extra of food

Anorexic people are not all the same... Some use calorie counting as a form of control, yes.

Weight is controlled by input and output... therefor you can gain or loose weight regardless of calorie intake depending on how much you burn through exercise/ existence.
