Bulimia, binge eating disorder or disordered eating?!

Question: Bulimia, binge eating disorder or disordered eating?
What's the difference between a full on eating disorder and disordered eating? And if I don't throw up after I binge does tht mean I don't have bulimia, even though after bingeing, I often don't eat for a few days? Like, are there different types of bulimia, or is it just binge eating? Sorry, this is more than one question, it's just I'm getting alot of conflicting internet answers.

Answers:

OK so here's how it breaks down, bulimia is uncontrolled eating followed by a method of purging: from vomiting, to exercising, to fasting for a few days after, or some other compensatory method. To be diagnosed this has to be a recurring pattern for over 3 months. Binge eating disorder is eating uncontrolled amounts every day with no version of purging after (usually BED sufferers are obese). Disordered eating is a dysfunctional eating pattern that doesn't meat criteria of anorexia (which has two main style: starvation or the binge/purge method similar to bulimia but the weight is significantly lower: anorexia must have the patient weighing 20% less than their ideal weight to be diagnosed), bulimia, or BED and is known as EDNOS- Eating disorder not otherwise specified. It might have a mix of all ED's.

Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. That being said you might want to try supplements that have a positive nutritional impact on you body. I have been taking this supplement for a great while and let me tell you it works great. .
