What would be more beneficial to my weight loss?!


Question: What would be more beneficial to my weight loss?
I am a 17 year old female, and I am really trying to get a 6-pack. I was seeing results, but for the last 3 weeks, I feel like my results have been at a standstill. I go to the gym everyday and lift, but on even days I do legs/abs and odd days I do arms. Would it be better and help me get a 6-pack faster/better if I went to the gym every other day and then on the days I didn't go to the gym I did cardio (like running 4 miles)

It's normal to hit a plateau some point within your workouts. Running will definitely help though! Just keep at it, increase your weights/reps, and be sure you're giving your muscles adequate amounts of recovery time.
