id say between 110 and 140/145. Depends on the girl though. Of course they can weigh more than 120! lol! i used to be 115-125 and most people always said i looked better at 125! so dont worry so much! plus if thst you in your profile pic you're a little stunner and have nothing to worry about. enjoy it while you're young!

Try to include more resistance traning in your workouts. Why? Reason is simple, muscle is a great fat burner even at your resting metabolic rate means that you will burn more calories . Cardio only burns while you do it and once you stop runing its not really doing much for you until the next day .So if you are looking to burn fat and want to make it easier to keep it off you must include resistance. Calorie intake is important but the basic rule is burn more calories than you eat to lose fat. So since 3500 calories equals to one pound of fat if you cut 500 calories daily from you daily intake or burn 500 calories more than you eat in a day. You can lose 1 pound a week. Hope this helped.

I'm 5'3 and used to weigh 130 and now weigh 110. Honestly, I feel so much better about myself now then I ever did at 130. However it depends on the frame of the person, I know plenty of stunning girls around 5'3 who weigh 130! Being 130 personally did not suit my frame though.
