Can I still use milk to help build healthy bones at 24?!

Question: Can I still use milk to help build healthy bones at 24?
I'm 24 years old and I drink a lot of milk. Wondering if it still benefits my body?

Answers:

There is a huge gap of understanding and bad science is being promoted everywhere regarding good bone health. Calcium is very important to all cells in the body and calcium is what gives bones their rigidity. The bone matrix is made up primarily of chondroitin sulfate and the calcium is attracted to the bone by things like boron that has an opposite charge that causes the calcium to attach to the bone and fill the holes in the matrix.

Pasteurized milk has altered calcium that is actually toxic to the body in many ways. GRAIN fed dairy cows make cheap milk that makes make believe milk. RAW milk from grass fed cows that is NOT pasteurized provides fully emulsified fatty acids, unaltered proteins, and minerals that actually nourish the body.

Most calcium deficiencies occur due to poor hydrochloric acid production in the stomach. This is why most old people are the ones that develop calcium deficiencies, cataracts, bone spurs, kidney stones, etc.

The real answer to your question is if you drink good milk, you can drink it to the day you die and it will nourish your body, but if you are drinking that garbage you see in stores that is pasteurized produced by grain fed cows, you should never put that junk in your body.

good luck to you

Absolutely, it will always help.

Of course. Just because your bones are not growing doesn't mean they don't need calcium.
