I want to lose around three stone, help needed.?!

Question: I want to lose around three stone, help needed.?
I have been going to the gym for about two months now, and have seen small, but never the less changes in my weight, fitness and figure.

I currently go the gym on the following days Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (4 days a week). I run 1.60km - 1.80km (1 mile) in 10 minutes on a treadmill, around 50 minutes on a cross trainer, 10 minutes on a rowing machine then 20 - 30 minutes strength exercise (600+ calories on gym days)

I'm only drinking water and pure orange juice. I eat half a vegetable stir fry (36 calories) In a day.
At the weekend I let it slip a little with beer and cider, what can I say I'm a student...

Any tips, suggestions or advice of where I'm going wrong would help a lot. Thanks for reading.

Sounds like your workouts are too long... The best way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism (as many people know)... a workout as long as the one you just described will increase your metabolism for the duration of your workout but will then drop down again after you're finished... By working out for an extended period of time like your body is learning to work in the most efficient way possible by using up as little energy when working out so you can progress through that long period. On the other hand if you chose to workout for an intense 20-30 minutes, 3-4 times a week, your metabolism will remain at a elevated point. Sometimes less is better, but you have to really workout hard in the shorter period of time.

I suggest you experiment and see what works best for you. Maybe you just need to excercise a little or maybe eat less....

It looks like your exercise is good to me but I think its what you are drinking...try drinking only water for two weeks or so....and dont DIET just make right choices in your food intake........

Hope it helps!
