2) exercise daily or atleast 5 days a week.
3) going to GYM is not required,u just have to do brisk walking or jogging 4 minimum half an hour BUT do not overstrain urself..JOGGING OR BRISK WALKING 4 NOT more than 1 hr.
4) eat NUTRITIOUS food means ur diet per day should have all three CARBOHYDRATES, PROTEINS & FATS, yaa even fats but very less..
5) CARBS--60-65% OF UR ENERGY
PROTEINS-15-20%
FATS -10-15%
