How much will I lose?!


Question: How much will I lose?
I am trying to get back into my size 10 pants before the summer. I just started exercising for an hour a day on an exercise bike at 18 mph. If I do this daily, how long would it take for me to reach 30 pounds loss? btw I am currently 181 lbs.

it all depends on your diet. although if you are eating correctly and exercising well then you should lose 30 pounds in about 4 or 5 months.



Eat right and don't just do cardio. Lift some weights (it helps promote muscle which causes an increase in fat loss). Look to lose about 3lbs a week. That's 2 1/2 months away from your goal!



you wont acheive it doing just that... you never said anything about your diet? 181 is alot of weight to lose without dieting!
