Apples. Bananas. Celery sticks. Thin sliced bagel with low fat cream cheese. Or any of those 'weight watchers' snacks. Be sure to eat in moderation. :o)
I like to snack on things like baby carrots and sliced bell peppers and raw almonds, etc. Whatever you do, don't bring the entire bag of whatever snack you're enjoying out. Take out a serving size, baggy it up, and take along with you.
All I can say it's time to take off the pounds and do it the right way HEALTHY
