Question: I can't seem to gain weight doing two days of cardio?
I have a little bit of extra fat along with a decent amount of muscle. I can't seem to gain weight doing two days of cardio. I am finally starting to gain weight. I am about 5'11. and 145 pounds. I want to put on 20 pounds. I have a pretty good diet. Should I do one day or two days of cardio? I lift three times a week.

You should still stick to two days of cardio. They key is to make sure you are taking in enough calories to keep gaining lean muscle. If you neglect cardio, you will not be in good shape overall.
