in the morning have a cup of PARTLY skimmed milk. (not full out skim, cause its all carbs, which is not good. have a viriat of carbs, protein and fat, so go with 2%)
you should have more for dinner. try having rice and or pasta, with some fish and some chicken.

Sounds good but you need to make sure your dinner is a little biger you need meat
