nor particulaly. But you said 4 oranges a day , 2 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening ; thats only 3?

By starving yourself, you will not lose weight. Your body will go into starvation mode and "hold on" to all of your additional calories and you will GAIN. A daily plan should look like this:

Breakfast:
2 pieces of toast with light butter
Two of your oranges
Glass of milk

Snack:
Fiber bar / yogurt (something with large amounts of fiber helps move food through your digestive tract and keep you feeling full until lunch)

Lunch:
Healthy Choice / Lean Cuisine meals are great on the go. 2 servings of vegetables. Water.

Snack:
Another orange / apple (2 servings of fruit)

Dinner:
Again, Healthy Choice / Lean Cuisine meals are extremely satisfying and won't leave you feeling full.

Snack:
Light popcorn, pretzels.

You need to balance protein, carbohydrates, etc. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.

I've lost 20+ pounds in Two months.

is that all you had?
because if so, thats not good. your body will start storing it all as fat.
you should be eating 10-12 servings of veggies, 1-2 of meat, 6-8 of grains, and 3-4 dairy products.
and lots of protein
not eating is the worst way to loose weight!

Absolutely not! There is a lot of exposure to citrus acid on your
teeth though, so you might want to think about that.

Apples & grapefruit, 3 - 4 a day are also great for losing weight.

Its fruit it isn't bad as long as you can take the acids.

Not very healthy at all, try proper diet and exercise u will be healtheir and u will feel better

so you have 3 a day ?
are you like asking if you can add another orange to your diet?

hahahhaha you make no sense.

eating anything is bad for losing weight. drink OJ instead. then eat half of what you're eating now

yes pretty stupid

Meaning... like that's all you eat?
Not a very good diet choice..
