YOU CANNOT JUST LOSE TUMMY FAT. That is a myth, you can only lose fat, which is taken from wherever your body wants to take it from. The only way to lose fat is to do cardiovascular training...meaning anything that keeps your heart rate up and keeps you breathing hard. Jumping jacks, aerobic dancing, tae boe, there are lots of DVDs for fat burning/cardio workouts.
And don't take diet pills...that's just propagating an industry that doesn't work! Why are there so many diet gimmiks? Because none of them work, but people are so lazy and desperate that they will buy one, it won't work, they will buy another, it won't work, they will buy another, it won't work. One lazy fat person is worth HUNDREDS to SEVERAL different diet gimmicks. If any one actually worked, then everyone would buy that one and the others wouldn't exist because the market wouldn't have space for it.
try to walk alot more dance at home cleaning
have lots green tea water hot water
have plain yogurt and rice cakes and a kiwi breakfast
lunch salad fish or chicken go light on dressing fruit or sf jelly
tea rice chickpeas veg or salad and fish or chicken sorbet
snacks rice cakes or berries fruit
rice is the on carb that's none bloating
Run around or do crunches. Running will make it so you just lose ur tummy fat and not get abs or anything. DONT take alli. it get you sick and could kill you. Eat fruits and veggies too.
