Question: Whats is healthy food for breakfast to lose weight ?
including lunch and dinner i want to lose weight im 280 and im ugly and crying everyday cause im fat and some people pick on me cause im fat please help me

You're body has been fasting all night so it's really important to fuel your body first thing in the morning to stablize your blood sugar again. Simple carb such as fruit is perfect to give you the energy spike you need and I always think it's a good idea to get some protein at each meal/snack.
