Question: I have never Bench Pressed before?
ok im 13 and in 8th grade (14 in march) and never benched before what should i start out with and how much do you think i can do? the most weights i can lift are 20-25 pounds....

20-25 pounds isnt anything really you need to start with at the least 55 pounds. Im gonna be 15 and bench about 115-120 because of football but I stared off using 50 pounds and just kept working at it and working You will then start to go higher so I would say start about 55
