ok so i started at 135 pounds i am now 113 pounds i am 5'6 and female

i have really binged today....
lunch pasta and bolognase
dinner roast (chicken breast, yorkshire pudding patatoe gravy brocolli turnips)
4 dr peppers
a pack of 25g salt and vinegar chrisps
ONE MASSIVE bag of cheese and onion chrisps 100g!!!!
a apple
a orange
and i dunno why im craving food so much!!
will i put it all back on from bingeing today????????????

yaeh that's Ok it does actually speed up your metabolism to have one cheat day.
and no, you won't put it all back on from bingeing today.

we ALL have those days, sometimes the body asks you for extra calories, soduim, etc,
it's great that you are watching what you eat , just don't be obsessive, eat healthy and be happy.

135 is a healthy weight for 5'6

You are probably hungry because you are starving yourself.

113 lbs puts you underweight.



It is good to have a free day once in a while, it throws off your metabolism so tomorrow get back on it and you will be fine.



you can have an off day once every two weeks or even once a week if you dont go overboard. it boosts your metabolism taking in too many calories at once every once in a while.



The 4 peppers alone is 48 spoons of sugar.
Other than that, it wasn't to bad.
Try 4 cans of O.J. next time.
