Question: How to tell if i gained weight or muscle?
I workout for like an hour a day. I eat 1600 calories a day. Do 900 crunches. Lift 10 and 15 pound dumbells. 1000 steps. And my diet is vegetarian. I also burn 640 calories a day. And my diet hasnt changed. But i gained like 5 pounds in one day all of a sudden
