check with a medical professional when taking on a new fitness regime.
Firstly try Kangoo Jumps, they are amazing! They changed my leg shape and tone like crazy! If you are unable to acquire a pair of Kangoo boots try these:
Body weighted squats and lunges. When you have built strength in your legs increase your load using weights such as dumbells or barbells.
If that isn't your style try doing some floor work. Lying on your side with your head resting in your hand (being sure not to tense your neck or shoulders), draw your belly button toward your spine, top leg straight and tensed, lift to the ceiling in and up and down movement, change the pace at which your leg goes up and down and do 3 sets of 20. Afterwards bring your top leg up towards the ceiling as high as you can go and try drawing imaginery circles in the air with your toes pointed, change the direction in which your circles are going (20 circles each way).
Once finished repeat on other leg,
