How can I lose weight or at least get rid of my "gut"?!


Question: How can I lose weight or at least get rid of my "gut"?
Okay I am thirteen and weigh 105 and I feel extremely fat.I have pretty long( but thick) legs so I have decided that I am going to start running BUT as of now;I am not active and I don't have the best eating habits.For example;today I tried to do 20" jumping jacks and I got to 184 and I felt so dizzy so I stopped.I need advice on how to build up my endurance level and how much food I should eat and what types off food.Thank you!Also;how can I boost my energy??
