CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO... crunches and situps wont work unless you burn all the fat off.. 30 mins of cardio 4 to 5 days a week and you will be seeing a difference if you are eating clean. Try jogging/fast walking.. if you have trouble jogging or running then do intervals.. like 2 mins of fast walking 2 mins of jogging then keep going untill 30 mins. Elliptical is good too!
