Question: How can I lose at least 20 pounds by May?
Long story short, I hate my body. I'm 5'2" and around 118-120 lbs. I used to be 5'1" and 115 lbs., so wtf? Anyway, I'm looking for quick yet intense workouts and other tips. Any help is appreciated !

Yoga, my friend does yoga two hours a day, lost a lot weight. In school (if your in school) pack healthy foods, never eat from the school. Keep track of calories, run a mile every day, bike, run around or play with your dog for an hour. Go for plenty of walks, instead of chicken and steak for dinner, chicken salad. =3 If you're strong, you can do it!!



first of all you don't need to weight 100 pounds. O.o Your weight is actually perfect. normal weight bmi is 18.5-24.9

your bmi is around 21.9

I dont think you need to loose 20 pounds, but loosing 10 pounds would be more ideal if you hate your body as 110 pounds is a bmi of 20.1

if you lost 20 pounds (100 pounds) you would be considered underweight
