Question: If I wanted to lose 25 pounds in 5.5 weeks, do you think that?
That exercising one hour before school and one hour afterschool(everyday) and eating 1400 calories will help me reach my goal? Plus only drinking water.

You'll probably lose about 15 pounds. But you might lose 25 if you work hard, or if you get lucky.
If you are morbidly obese then it's possible. If not then allow yourself 3 months.
You sound like you have a good plan but you're weight loss goals are unrealistic. In 5.5 weeks, 5-10 pounds would be a more realistic goal. Good luck
