P90x vs. Running and working out?!

Question: P90x vs. Running and working out?
I have been eating healthier, running, and working out for the past two weeks. I bought p90x a couple months ago, used it for a week and quit. I really don't like p90x and I would much rather run and lift weights. I have a gym thing at my house that has a bunch of different stuff you can do.

So my question is - is p90x worth it? Will I have the same results if I just run and workout with my own equipment rather than using p90x?

I have used p90x so I know you can get great results from it. I think the main thing about p90x is the intensity for at least an hour a day and doing it 7 days a week for 90 days. I think running and lifting weights can have good results but I do not know if it will be as fast and as good of results unless you are working just as hard as the p90x videos and as frequently. I suppose it depends on your weight loss/muscle buiding goals and your endurance and motivation.

I have used p90x

Um, well P90X will get you where you want to go, depending on what program you do. I do P90X and am 1 month in, second time doing it.

You could get the same results from other exercises of course, but I suggest knowing what you are doing because a planned workout plan is a great help, it isn't enough to just go into it and do as many curls as you can do then call it a day. I know that sounds silly but lots of people do that.

P90X is not worth it but if you download it it is a great workout program.

Probably not unless your a personal trainer, p90x has a variety of stuff and make sure you hit all the muscle groups. You may be better off going to the gym but you may find yourself getting tired of it. If you quit p90x because its too hard you're definitely not going to get better results doing it yourself because you likely wont work as hard.

Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. That being said you might want to try supplements that have a positive nutritional impact on you body. I have been taking this supplement for a great while and let me tell you it works great. . Hit me up on my youtube account if you have any other questions or would like me to help you achieve your goal. Peace

Long-term, it does have the same effect. The P-90X is a decent workout video, but it's still the same exercise with or without a screen involved. i.e. if you're already doing those ab exercises, do you really need a video for it? Your choice.
