Question: If I walked for an hour every week from now till June how much weight can I lose?
I weight 160 but I would like to lose 10-20 pounds by June. I don't believe in dieting but I know I would need to do alot of walking and eat healthier.

an hour every WEEK?? you might lose 2 pounds. if you walk an hour every day, then you'd probably lose closer to 10/15.
