Question: How can I get rid of my love handles?
I am really having a tough time to get into public since my figure is odd-looking thanks to my love handles. I tried different dieting methods but couldn't succeed. I'm looking for a way to reduce my fat quickly.

All of those lose weight quickly things are total and utter rubbish. Slow and steady weight loss means you'll keep it off, and being sensible about food means it never comes back on again.

Portion control, in combination with a sensible and balance diet, with treats in strict moderation, and no junk food, is what helps. Keep a diary of what you eat, and don't forget to include a mouthful of crisps or a portion of chips and mayonnaise. Take regular brisk exercise, and get plenty of sleep.
