Getting passed the Weight Loss Plateau?!


Question: Getting passed the Weight Loss Plateau?
Okay, so I've always been sprinting. The only time I ever jog is to warm up. Right now I'm at my weight loss plateau, so if I jog AND sprint on different days, should this get me passed the plateau? Because I heard to get passed it, I have to variate my exercises.
