So today we just drove for 12 hours...had crappy food. Haha
Breakfast: breakfast at holiday inn express
1 slice of French toast with a little butter and a bite of banana (200cal?)
Dinner: Cracker Barrel
Biscuit (133cal)
Carrots (58cal)
Fried Apples (184cal)
Grilled Tenderloins 4 pieces (160cal)
Are the calories right? I got em online but yeah

you ate 600ish calories. that is way way too little! Don't let yourself feel bad about eating too much, you are at the opposite end of the spectrum. You have in actual fact eaten an unhealthily small amount today. Oh, and healthwise, the food you ate was fine! x
