Protein shake on rest days?!

Question: Protein shake on rest days?
I did a chest day yesterday had a protein shake, now it's my rest
day and I'm still sore and I decided to drink another one on my rest day
is this okay/normal? Or is the protein just going to turn into fat?

Answers:

Protein shakes are actually low in fat grams and are great to take every day. For me, they reduce cravings and help fill me up. You get fat when you have an excess of calories. If you had a great workout, you should be sore for a couple of days. Many body builders work out chest only once per week.

Dont work out inless your willing to constantly supply your body with a constant source of protein threw out the day every single day. Just a protein shake isnt enough.

Depending on your body weight depends on how much protein you need a day. Usualy 1 gram per pound you weight,
But 100 grams a day is good.

So yes you should drink atleast 1 protein shake a day + u need 5 meals with atleast 15-25 grams of protein per meal.

I eat 5 meals a days and 2 of the meals have protein shakes in them Every day of the week even on my off days.

You MUST KEEP PROTEIN CONSTANTLY GOING or you muscles will not rebuild and u wont get no stronger or bigger.

Well protein shakes are low low in fat, Make sure you use fat free milk when you make them, and dont add in anything else buy fruits,

My shake is the chocolate ON 100% whey protein shake 2 scoops with 1 cup of fat free milk and a frozen banana, i drink 1 in the morning before school, and one 15 mins after my work out.
