Ways to improve my diet?!
Question: Ways to improve my diet?
I'm not ON a diet, I'm just looking for simple ways to improve what I eat. I am severely lactose intolerant. My typical day consists of:
2 toaster waffles or a bowl of whole grain cereal with soy milk, one piece of fruit
Nutrigrain bar snack
Can of low-sodium soup, apple/orange, sometimes a PBJ on whole wheat bread
Dinner varies quite a bit-- my fiance can't do red meat, so usually chicken with potatoes, some kind of veggie. We also like turkey, fish, and pasta with red sauce.
Any suggestions on how to spice things up within my diet? I usually pack a lunch and snacks since I work 6 days a week.

Hey ^^ go on this website, i put it on the 'cooking recipes', simply look at the second last one, they have some recipes for kids with lactose intolerance :)
