You're gonna get the same answers over and over. Exercise and Diet. I recommend swimming as a great form of exercise you could use. It is one of the best things for fat loss, but can make you very hungry. So be careful. You can also do some body toning exercises such as the plank, side planks, crunches (not a good recommendation, but they're popular and easy). Just walking a mile or so would be a good start. As far as diet goes, stick to all natural foods. Stay away from junk. Protein is important and you want to get your carbohydrates from fruit, veggies, and whole grains. Stay away from soda and stay motivated. Motivation is key. Alot of people end up quitting while dieting because they don't want it bad enough. If you want it bad enough, you can get the body you desire. Good luck, kid!
