I have been trying to lose weight and....?!

Question: I have been trying to lose weight and....?
It's been about a year of my attempt. & I've lost only 2 pounds.
Sometimes I just get so hungry and I eat chips/McDonalds/etc.
But i figure since I am going to run or workout, it shouldn't really effect me.
Sometimes I go a couple weeks without working out because of school and homework..
I don't drink anything but water anymore and I eat 4 meals a day.
I also take a daily multivitamin.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do in order to lose 15 pounds by August?

Answers:

Very first you give up eating chips/McDonald's,cool drinks and avoid fried foods like fish fry, fried chicken and especially one should never eat any form of mutton food. Instead of taking rice at night we should prefer oatmeal. we can prepare the oatmeal just like boiled rice and have the same with adding some veg curries preparing with less oil. Regular Walking and swimming for 40 mts is best for reducing the over weight. We should relate the exercise how much we doing with the food how much we taking. When eat less oiled food and doing regular exercise, the result will be higher side.

If you eat 4 meals a day, why are you getting so hungry?
What are you eating for your meals?

If you're getting hungry, you should be reaching for HEALTHY snacks, not crap like chips or McDonalds.

You need to be dedicated to your new lifestyle.

edit: And 103 lbs?
If for anything, you shouldn't be focusing on losing fat - you should be focusing on actually getting toned.
With the fact you're already thin (YES, your weight is completely normal & thin/skinny), you're not going to lose weight magically just by a diet change.
