Question: How can I lose 80 pounds in two months?
Would like to lose 80 pounds during summer break cause there's this girl... And she doesn't date big people:( and well, I am big. I mean it's not like I'm that fat! On the outside, sure I have my areas that are big like my legs, my butt and actually. All of me is big. I feel as if I would be doing my self a favor, by losing this... This curse! I'm sure some people will respond to this question with "oh join a gym:)" I can't. I can't join a gym. I don't have the time and I can't get there seeing as how I'm 14 and can't drive. I also know a few people will tell me "kid it's unhealthy to lose that much so fast!" I could care less. If that's what it takes to look like something people could love, then I would even starve my self! Thanks everyone:)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



There is no way you can lose 80 pounds within 2 months unless u worked out 5-6 hours a day and cut off refined carbs out of ur diet. no cheat days. I think u can lose 40 but not 80. Its not realistic to me. U should see a trainer if u wanna lose it fast but healthy.



Start jogging, every day, every morning, every night, start jogging, push yourself, it will burn but just keep going buddy.



well dont starve yourself coz i did for about four days - lost 7kg BUT got reeeeeeeeealllly HAIRY!!!!! My fine facial hair and tummy has become thicker AND darker!!! it is sooooooooooo horrible!!!
