Question: Is 200 pounds too fat?
I'm 14 and i'm about 5 foot 3 in. tall is 200 pounds too much i don't eat too healthy but i do exercise occasionally IE hiking, canoeing, swimming

Well, i'm 18, 5foot 6inches tall and I am currently sitting at 172 pounds.... Don't worry though when I was 13 I was a heavy guy at 230 and 5feet 2inches...But I turned it all around. I fixed my diet, started working out, took a multivitamin daily... And i'm fairly happy with the way I am now.

That is a bit heavy for your age and height, but if you want to drop some weight just start kind of cutting out junk food, and eating more fruits and veggies.. Also maybe walking at a fairly quick pace for at least 60minutes a day, then try to progress to a jog. Also you could start taking a multivitamin for kids (or whatever your parent or guardian finds as an acceptable brand and strength for your age)...

honey, i'm at 200 pounds... but i'm 30 years old and 5'8".

you need to exercise more often and eat more carefully. take care of your body, cuz it's the only one you get. go for a walk, go swimming, walk up and down stairs a couple extra times a day. start small, but start!

eat fruits and veggies, whole grains, fish and lean meats. eat what you want, but in moderation. if you want a bit of ice cream, that's fine, but get one scoop. have a handful of chips, not a bagful. don't go crazy and get super paranoid about everything you eat, just pay more attention to what you are eating, and how much.



WAY too fat. While you're growing, you should eat healthy. There's plenty of time to destroy your diet when you're living on your own. Tell your parents to knock it off. (enablers--no junk at home, and don't buy anything outside of the house for yourself except water.



Yes it is but u forgot to say if ur a girl or a boy. You should try to eat healthy because what's the point of exercising if you are eating bad food? Good luck and be healthy for you. Take care of ur body because there's only one



ya you are a bit chubby. Start eating healthy. If you drink soda pop cut that out. Drink V8 Fusions. If you eat candy, quit.
Keep up the exercise.

It's considered obese as to your age and height. Loose more pounds. Do regular exercises.



If you were 6'3 your weight would be fine but at 5'3 you are badly overweight.



Yeah that is too much for that height. Most of the people I know that are 200 pounds are over 5'10.



At your height an age, you should probably weigh 105-140 lbs. Sorry :(
