Question: I want to lose weight.. help :(?!?
Im around 5'6 or so :)
and i weight 145 pounds.
I really hate my stomach and just want to lose about 15-20 pounds. I want to be able to look good in a bikini this year!!!!
And to be honest i really don't like water.. i only like vitamin water or flavored water.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,also, can add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to give more taste)



the most effective things for stomach fat is cardio walking and weight training or pilates. Walking drops the pounds, weight training or pilates tones and tightens your muscles and core. For pilates, all you need is a mat and a pilates home video. The reps are low, but the impact is high.

ONly if you will be 100 % commited if not youre wasting your time, it can be done but its not easy,
1. work out 30 minute 5 days a week, run, or aerobics.
2 eat heatlhy, Morning, oatmeal, lunch low fat turkey sandwich and a fruit, (no fried food at all no sodas at all) buy a george foreman grill eat lean mean or chicken with vegetables( try green giant ready to eat veggies) you can also replace one meal with a fruit smoothie like this ones

I lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks, so if you cant do it then you're not doing it right, 90 % of people who fail its because they lie about how much they eat and work out, I have seen it happen a lot of times.
