insanity vs p90x, which is better?!

Question: Insanity vs p90x, which is better?

I am aware that insanity is 60 days and p90x is 90, but regardless of the time, which is best to do?
My purpose for this is to get conditioning early for next bball season, i'm 16, weighing 160-165, and 6'1 tall
