When should I get a 6-pack?!


Question: When should I get a 6-pack?
I know that its hard to tell me exactly when because you don't know how much I workout and what I eat, and it would take to long to describe my exact workout routine, but I need to lose about 10 pounds of fat, I have been working out for the last 2 months and plan to continue. But I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and run about 10 miles a week, I have good eating habits and I am a vegetarian. When should I get a six pack? Well a rough estimate

Ignore these boneheaded answers, six packs take a lot of time and effort. As a girl you will naturally have more fat and less muscle from estrogen, but that doesn't mean you can't get a lean body (charliejames1975 from youtube). Realistically a full six pack on most people take years, but don't be surprised if you start seeing some ab results within a few months. Keep it up! :D



You can get one when you are 21 and old enough to drink one. Oh, were you talkin' about the belly 6 pack?, that is when you do enough crunches or sit-ups to define the muscles.



That takes years and dedication. Core workouts, eating healthy and cardio is the only way. No special workouts or foods. Just dedication and the list I gave you.

too many variables. how much muscle mass do you have? how intensely are you working out? how much work have you put into abs?



Wait until you are 18 (21 in america), go to your local and get one. Remember, don't drink and type!
