How many sets/reps to get slim and lean?!


Question: How many sets/reps to get slim and lean?
15 year old girl and I lift weights twice a week only. The rest of my exercise days, I would do cardio. How many sets and reps do I need to do to get toned, slim and lean instead of big&bulky. I am 5'3 and 113-114 pounds (:

Answers:

You won't get big and bulky if you lift more weights 2 times a week. Doing between 8-12 is good for toning IMO. You get slim and lean through cardio and dieting.



It depends on your body. Listen to your bod first to avoid straining. You should have formulated programs to be forever thin.
