Question: Does anybody else use those plastic suits to sweat more?
Do you feel they work for you? I've used them but its been awhile. Also do you run? I'm a runner but i've got back from it a little because I don't want to be flat chested. How can you run as much as you want and keep from being flat on top? Its a four part question.

i used to use a suite like that,It did make me sweat a lot more and i did lose some waite with it.Im thinking to get it out again.As far as the boob thing,im no expert on bras but i think there are some sport bras for that reason.I dont like to run too much,its hard on the joints.I walk on the treadmill with a 10lb dumbell that i use to do a variety of exercises as i walk(usually about 3 mph)
all these suits do is force you to overheat.
