Question: How to get fit and lean?
I just got an Amfam membership and a calorie tracker. Can anyone tell me what burns the most cals and what diet I should follow to get fit by late April? I go to Amfam every day on the weekend, and I play hs lacrosse and have a hard practice for 3 hours everyday On school days. I am 5'8 and 130... But I am jiggley and I don't like it!!! I want a six pack or to be lean and fit
